Handwritten Notepad ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Handwritten Notepad mobile application (the "Service"). All handwritten notes, drawings, canvas sketches, imported images, and document files created within Handwritten Notepad are stored locally on your mobile device's internal storage (Android/data or local app directory). We do not have access to your personal notes, images, or saved files.

This application uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google Inc., to display advertisements.

• Storage / Media Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Required exclusively for allowing you to insert images onto the canvas and save/export notes or drawings to your device gallery.
• Internet & Network State (INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required solely by Google AdMob SDK to load and display advertisements.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your notes, canvas drawings, and category settings remain strictly on your local device. We do not operate external cloud servers to backup or mirror your drawings. You retain full control to edit, pin, export, or delete your files at any time using the app interface.

5. Children’s Privacy
Handwritten Notepad does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to third-party ad networks through our app, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.
